How to measure: Wrap a strip of paper or thin string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Match this to the "Circumference (mm)" column. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
